To ensure the consistently high quality of our products, we carry out all pickling and cleaning work internally after the welding process. We use specially designed equipment for this purpose, including a state-of-the-art pickling and passivation plant specifically for chrome-nickel steels.
This system is subject to regular external inspections to ensure that it functions optimally. In addition, we use a high-performance sandblasting system to pre-treat surfaces for both ferritic and chrome-nickel steels in order to ensure optimum adhesion of subsequent coatings.
